Board of Health<\/h2>\n

The mission of the Carlstadt Board of Health is to promote good health and prevent disease, improve\u00a0access to health services, assess changing community needs for health services, and provide health\u00a0services with efficiency to improve the health of all Carlstadt residents. \u00a0 The health services provided\u00a0are available to residents in Carlstadt and reflect state-mandated standards of\u00a0performance. The staff ensures the compliance and enforcement of the New Jersey Department of\u00a0Environmental Protection laws and New Jersey State regulations. The Board is responsible for the\u00a0development of long-term goals and annual objectives for enhancing the quality of life for Carlstadt\u00a0residents.<\/p>\n
