As a Retail Food Establishment owner, it is your responsibility to understand and comply with N.J.A.C. 8:24 “Sanitation in Retail Food Establishments and Food and Beverage Vending Machines.” Explore N.J.A.C 8:24 below:
Submit a plan for a new retail food establishment
Make sure your inspections are in order as you prepare to open your new establishment. Per N.J.A.C. 8:24 – 9.1(c), The health authority shall review these plans and respond accordingly within 30 days of the date of submission.
